POLHOTREP CSR Program

Ladies and gentlemen!

We are happy to share this news – together with DMC partners, we started our CSR program in 2023, the aim of which is to help those in need in Poland.

For this noble purpose, we have joined forces with the Rak’n’Roll Foundation, which since 2009 has been helping patients and their relatives go through cancer. Since the beginning of 2023, we have been supporting the foundation’s activities with donations and thanks to this, we help the organization work for its Beneficiaries. Together with our dmc, we pursue an important social goal.

How does our program work?

We want to use the resources we have to do something positive together. As someone wise once said; “It’s not about how much we give, it’s about how many of us give at least a little”, so we decided on our new program based on this:

For each participant of a trip organized by our DMC, DMC participating in the program will transfer 1 euro to the account of the Rak’n’Roll Foundation. The funds will be transferred to the Foundation at the end of the year.
In addition to our DMC contributions, we also invite MICE agencies and travel agencies working with us to join us in our efforts – you can donate an additional €1.00 per trip participant to support our initiative. (all participating DMCs will clearly list this option on their cost sheets so you can decide if you want to join).
In addition, we will also encourage other companies operating in our industry, both in Poland and in countries where our dmc operates, such as airlines, hotels, foreign tourist organizations, insurance companies, etc. to cooperate and support the Rak’n’Roll Foundation; The more organizations get involved, the more we will achieve together!
The results and the donated amounts will be announced during the year on Polhotrep’s social media (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram – follow us).
In the middle of the year we will select a date and place to announce our annual results (the “Awards Ceremony”), this will be scheduled for the end of the year to allow maximum time for fundraising; then we will also announce and list all the agencies that have joined our program and that, thanks to trips organized with our dmc, contributed to the collection of the donation.
